Howard G. Baucom 25 of Burbank California was sentenced to six months in Albany County Jail after pleading guilty to petit larceny. He was arrested after attempting to steal money from a telephone box ripped from an outside booth at a gas station. Menands officers and a guard from Albany Felt Co. reported the incident early morning.
