Troy Draft Quotas Unchanged Despite European Victory
Brig. Gen. James Brown, head of New York State Selective Service, announced quotas for Troy's three boards remain at approximately January levels. Induction rate will stay steady even with Europe won, with June quotas to be finalized soon. Today is final day for agency certifications to defer draft age for occupational reasons.
