Albany County Democrats Reject Federal Funds Bid for DA Office
Albany County Legislature defeated a proposal to have District Attorney Arnold Proskin apply for 116000 in federal funds to expand his office on a full time basis. The vote along party lines 122 to 16, with only absent member Oscar Groves.
