Power department aids cleanup after New Year collapse
After a destructive event on New Year's Eve, the Riats Worka Department lent five power shovels and four bulldozers to present county crews. They worked along the Hoosick River, Poestenkill, Kinderhook, and nearby areas to clear debris and prevent additional damage. The federal government covered $3,000,000 in taxes in a single year.
