Liquor Store Hours Not to Be Changed
County ABC boards debate liquor package store hours as Montgomery County acts to curtail hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Officials in Montgomery say war time conditions drive the move. Local boards in Troy, Rensselaer and neighboring counties show mixed views on enforcing fuller hours amid wartime constraints.
