Scout Court Of Honor Planned By Troy Area Council

The Troy Area Council plans a Scout Court of Honor at School 12 under George J. Patterson. Burton McFallett leads with Eagle Scouts, Senior Scouts, and Arrow Courters aiding. W J Vain de Walters directs operations. certificates will be handed to each boy. Five scouts from the council attended a training camp at Camp Hawley to aid local leaders.
