SHOREWOOD Wisconsin UPI The Shorewood village board confronted postman David Saffro over his refusal to deliver mail to homes with uncleared sidewalks. He criticized the old saying about weather not stopping mail service and questioned the policy’s practicality.
The funeral for Miss Josephine Phoenix was held yesterday at Styles Funeral Home and St. Joseph's Church with a Requiem High Mass conducted by Rev. William J. Way. Bearers were Larry O'Bryan William Milliizer John Horton and Wayne Hart. Interment followed at St. Joseph's Cemetery with Father Way presiding.
