Public hearing on Country Knolls West project set for tonight

Residents of Country Knolls West gather at Clifton Park Town Hall for input on Robert Van Patten’s development. At last September’s session, neighbors opposed Ashley Drive and Edward Street extensions and feared overcrowding and loss of rural character. The revised plan prompts tonight’s 7 p.m. hearing and potential comments on traffic at Plank Road and Route 146. New part time inspector position may be created to save costs with a student engineer and Clough Associates.
