Dr. Davidson a prominent physician with ties to Cohoes and Troy died after a long illness. He practiced at local clinics and served in St John’s Episcopal Church and the Rotary Club. Survived by two sisters Mrs Josephine Netley of Troy and Miss Clary M Davidson of Cohoes. Funeral arrangements set for 2 PM at his residence on Manora Avenue with interment in Oakwood Cemetery.

Dismiss Indictment in Death Case Involving Wells
Gilbert HL Wells of Wever tivdn, an American Locomotive Co. employee in Schenectady, had a manslaughter indictment dismissed by Justice Andrew W. Ryan in Piattsboro. Wells said he was fishing with his young son at Heaver Meadow, Warren County, June 28, 1945, when he fired twice at what he thought was a fox after seeing movement in the brook. A man, later identified as Alfred A. Egenhate, a Glens Falls bank clerk, was found dead at the scene. The judge ruled Wells not guilty of culpably negligent conduct.
