Albany authorities report a grand jury presentment urging revocation of the Blue Goose license after a January 12 disturbance near the grill. Deputy Commissioner Butterly was in New York and did not comment. The district attorney noted the action and referred the matter to Supreme Court Justice Roscoe V. Blaworth for processing.
