Junior Prom With Showboat Theme At Hoosick Central
The Hoosick Central School junior prom last week transformed the gym into an 1800s riverside town. A showboat backdrop read almost invited boarding while a replica of a southern plantation home stood on another wall. A twelve foot storefront saloon hotel and general store added to the mood. Music came from the Cendentals of Pittsfield Massachusetts. The dance ended at midnight with a buffet in the cafeteria.
