Speech teaching aid for deaf children unveiled

The New York education program arbors a system by Goldberg and colleagues to teach speech to deaf children. The method uses nasal breath and voiced sounds with color cards and finger placements on a sound box to identify vowels and consonants. The scheme, tested for a year at Sehavl, aims for rapid articulation advances at a national convention.
