Watervliet Resident Named Camp Barker Nature Director
Ronald Piwnica of Watervliet has been named nature director at Troy Boys Club's Camp Barker for the coming season. Executive Director Andrew Semansco announced the appointment. A LaSalle Institute graduate, Piwnica will study nature and the outdoors at Salem College in West Virginia. He has served as a camp counsellor at Camp Barker for two years and will lead hiking nature crafts overnight sleepouts star gazing and animal prints as part of a summer program.
