Summer programs planned for Stephentown Nassau children
Dunham Hollow West Stephentown Community Association plans four summer programs for area children. The swimming lessons run June 28 to July 3 and July 6 to 9 at Crooked Lake Hotel starting 9 30 a m for all levels with Life Saving badges awarded. A day camp for ages 5 to 12 runs July 20 to August 19 on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 a m to 2 p m at the association building with games arts crafts and sports. A teen program meets Wednesdays at 6 30 p m from July 7 with activities and trips. First aid courses start July 5 at the community center for ages 12 up, cost one dollar for the manual. Volunteers are sought. Jane Belles handles registrations and Frank Allen teaches first aid.
