The Troy Board of Zoning Appeals cleared the way for a four car garage on Eighby Avenue between 101st and 12nd Street. Mrs Helen Pemrick 48 102nd Street will erect a concrete block one story structure to store private cars and milk delivery trucks, finding the site not a true residential zone and its use harmless to the public welfare.
