Old Brass Plaque Stirs Memories in Hoosick Falls
A brass sheave block found by J Earle Percy in Hoosick Falls bears the name J F Quinlan and 26 others with the date May 28 1886. The block, linked to the Grand Flag Mast dedication, is now on display in Thorpe's Pharmacy window in Hoosick Falls, making Quinlan possibly the last survivor among those who signed it.
