Pen and Sword Society taps Manhattan College leader

Charles F. Carlotta of Troy was named president of the Pen and Sword Society at Manhattan College. The junior arts and sciences student was selected from an eight member group out of 600 eligible seniors. Carlotta’s honors reflect ROTC leadership and student government roles at La Salle Institute and Manhattan College.
