Lanzillo Will Contest Ends After Court Exam
In Rensselaer County Surrogate's Court Judge Donohue ruled no contest to probate of Mrs. Lanzillo's will after examination of witnesses and the proponent. Four granddaughters had planned objections, but the court accepted the will and the decree was to be signed. The estate totals about 210,000 with a life estate to the husband and a bakery and other property to a son. Remaining heirs would share the remainder.
