New York State may postpone Monday’s hearing on Niagara River water rental for use by the Niagara Falls Power Co if the State Supreme Court lacks time to decide the company’s bid to bar the proceedings. The case concerns an annual rental for diverting 15100 cubic feet per second, with the firm currently paying 3400 dollars yearly for 4900 cubic feet per second.
