Graduate of RPI Top Acoustician
Christopher Jaffe, a Brooklyn born acoustician and chemical engineering graduate of RPI, develops a method based on information parameters to predict acoustic results in halls. His outdoor installations include the Meriwether Post Pavilion in Columbia Maryland, with early work at Meadow Brook Pavilion and design ties to the Circle Theater. He uses complex calculations rather than guesswork and recently observed the Philharmonic Orchestra rehearsing in New York City within his park shell.
