Abusive language costs offenders pretty penny in Mechanicville
In Mechanicville City Court two men were fined $100 for abusive language and a 17 year old was fined $100 for obscene language to a police officer. Skidmore to Host Villella Verdy as Guest Ballet Artists

Albany court upholds embezzlement conviction of union treasurer
The Appellate Division affirmed the 1975 Albany County Court verdict finding Charles C. Gallagher guilty of second degree grand larceny for misappropriating about $91,000 from the Albany Public School Teachers Credit Union between 1970 and 1972 and $3,722 for personal deposits.
