Variance requests include a 16 foot setback for a one car garage on Roe Road, expansion of floor space for professional offices on St Ambrose Lane, an area variance for a weather canopy at 656 Albany Shaker Road, a dog kennel at 156 Consaul Road, and a 20 foot wide private road for a subdivision on County View Road.
