Seely Urges Work Pile for Postwar Employment at Rotary
Mechanicville's Walter G. Seely, governor of the 174th District Rotary, spoke at the First Presbyterian luncheon on Work Pile strategies. He urged Rotary Foundation and Rotary Relief Fund to aid war‑torn areas and Rotarians, arguing private industry must absorb returning servicemen with jobs and private tax relief, not government relief.
