Adjournment Granted in Obscene Calls Case in Troy
Adjournment until February 3 was granted in the case of Eihinel A. Plante 29 charged with obscene telephone calls. Justice Fogwarty granted the adjournment at the request of Asst. DA Doyle to study dismissal motions. Plante arrested after a five month probe by Troy Detective Bureau and NY Telephone security. Plante’s $1,500 surety bond continued. Also notes Halfmoon Fire Co tool equipment shower Saturday for usable tools to repair fire gear and a reception for local wedding anniversaries and plants.
