After seven years idle due to a U S admiralty ruling the 27 foot tug Cora could not be moved by Coast Guard order. On New Year’s Eve it broke from moorings at Tri City Yacht Basin and sank in the Hudson between here and Albany. A second boat, a 22 foot Beas Sled Hickman, also broke loose and was found ashore near Menands Bridge. City Judge Elmer M.
