Charters Presented to Halfmoon Troop 36 in Scout Event
John Peck presented the first charter to Halfmoon Troop 36 at the Halfmoon Firehouse. Lawrence Roy and John Rousselle received awards for selling the most during the Christmas season. patrol and leader badges were issued, and a candlelight ceremony plus knot tying demonstration followed.
