Fatal crash near Stillwater leaves two dead

A winter Route 4 collision near Stillwater killed Mrs Tabor and a man identified as Ladd, with two youths, John Sheridan and Thomas Bocchi, injured. State Police investigated as coroner withheld verdicts. Ladd is son of James Ladd, Hudson Falls grocer.

Car Wrecks Kill Seven In Florida Crash

Seven youths died in a flaming head on collision on Highway 441 near Kissimmee Florida. Victims in the first car included Richard Alen Mankins 18 Taft Fla driver James Regis Mezaros 21 and Francis Davis Ainsworth 19 all of Orlando. In the second car were Louis Stokes 15 driver, Sammy Hyder 15 Evonne Woods 18 and Rosa Lee Prather 13, all of St Cloud Fla. A separate report from Robbinston Maine noted four women died when their car went off a road in a snowstorm and plunged into a cave near Passamaquoddy Bay. Victims identified as Lucie P Dunn 53 Glenice M Hill 33 Bertha W Anthony 44 both Machias and Hannah McMullen 43 Whitneyville. A fifth woman may have been in the car. In Elgin Oklahoma four teenagers were killed when their car collided with a train inside city limits.
