Edward J. Hanley, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was arraigned in Troy Police Court on charges he hired a Troy man to electrocute his wife by throwing a radio into her bathtub. Joan Kennedy wife of Senator Edward M Kennedy was treated for a forehead abrasion at Denver General Hospital after a fall at Stapleton Airport. She flew in from Steamboat Springs for a Kennedy Foundation event and was released Saturday morning.
In Fort Lauderdale a 58 year old widow Elizabeth Duncan was charged with homicide for fatally shooting George Kissak 62 moments after a civil verdict. A court official said Duncan had shown erratic behavior during the five day trial and may have been taking pills.
