Troy Group To Honor General Ross

A public tribute to Brig. Gen. Ross and a victory wall is planned at the Ove Oneal Chamber of Commerce dinner in Mis hue. General Ross, retired after Army service, will be the principal speaker in his first post service appearance in Mississippi. Samuel W.
