The Troy Department of Public Safety has a mounted deer head in custody and seeks the owner. A soldier brought the head to the station after finding it in a car parked on Congress Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues around 8 40 p m Wednesday. The man did not know how the deer head got in his car.
