A year-old Army private was stabbed to death and two comrades were wounded in Brooklyn on Sunday in an apparently unprovoked attack by eight youths. The dead man, Charles J. Kurtz, was to be best man at a wedding yesterday. The bridegroom-to-be, Navy Seaman Anthony Figaria, 20, sustained head and left arm wounds.
