The Youth Bureau report outlines development of community resources for treating youth with behavioral problems. Frederick H. Downs Jr. and John J. Lindany describe expansion and coordination of services in burg, Poesténkill, and Sand Take, with Schaghticoke joining. The bureau supported a Summer Theater project, aided comic book policy, formed youth councils, and offered delinquency prevention consulting.
