Christmas in Watervliet was largely quiet with families attending church services. Police logs noted little activity while fire fighters praised their new Fire Headquarters on 13th Street decorated for the holiday. Snow flurries brought no major disruption as DPW plows prepared for further removal operations next morning. Arsenal residents were reminded to avoid street parking on the north side of streets and the west side of avenues.
