Suit For Lawyer's Fee Dismissed In Albany
Albany City Court Judge Jacob H. Heraty Thursday dismissed an Albany attorney's suit to collect $78 claiming unpaid fees. The attorney James Ho Doran alleged services rendered, but the judge found no reasonable grounds for the attorney to have been compensated in the original case. The defendant, Mrs. Hubert H. Clark, sought an annulment. the couple reconciled before trial and the action was withdrawn.
