Palestine man’s hobby preserves rare railroad passes
M. E. Alexander of Palestine Texas builds a large collection of railroad passes dating from the 19th and early 20th centuries. He values items such as a yellowing pass from the Pacific Railway of Missouri and the long sought solid silver Rio Grande Southern issue. He exchanges and hunts for rare passes while his collection grew after personal family events and his Missouri Pacific clerkship aided access to several items.

Manstein, once Hitler’s trusted commander, faced four months of trial before a verdict that he contested as necessary to defend Germany’s campaign.
