Court Denies Suppression of Defendant Statements
Rensselaer County Judge Lawrence J. Bizzaro refused a defense bid to suppress all oral and written statements by Ruth Mae Hugabone tied to her Feb 27 1967 arrest for murder. The ruling followed a June pretrial hearing on voluntariness and mental condition.
