Five men arraigned in $250000 counterfeit bill case
U S Secret Service agents and local police arrested five men in Utica on counters of bogus twenty dollar bills. Bail set at 50000 for three defendants Donald Ritz William Wilsey and Joseph Fafone who pleaded not guilty. Remaining two James Gandelmo and Paul Rancone未 appeared and remained at large. The investigation began in Groton Connecticut on November 6.
