Averill Park Christmas Program Highlights Area School
Averill Park Central School District held a Christmas program Friday at Averill Park and West Sand Lake, Enon, with recitations, songs, tableaux, and a dance. Students from kindergarten to high school performed under Lois Meseig. The event featured multiple grade recitations and a Christmas play, with decorations by the Parent-Teacher Association and community volunteers. Harold Robinson is hospitalized in Albany, and Lennox Robinson returns from the Aleutians on leave. The Calvary Methodist youth and Troop 8 Scouts hosted gatherings, awards were given, and a junior youth fellowship Christmas party was held at Calvary Church.
