Day With Santa brings joy to Cohoes children
Santa visits the Cohoes Community Center on Wednesday at 4 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Cohoes Community Center the Cohoes Youth Bureau and the Cohoes Recreation Department. Clarence Grosso aka Goober the clown will entertain children from 7 to 8 p.m. He has performed since 1974 and belongs to the Cypress Temple Clown Unit. A Christmas movie plays at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited.

Children’s Dancing Class at Cohoes Center
Dancing classes for children ages two to six begin Saturdays January 7 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Cohoes Community Center. Instructor Mrs. Diana Seguin of Spendwood School leads sessions with two three-year-olds doing tap ballet and acrobatics while four to six-year-olds study tap and ballet. A nominal fee applies and pre registration is required.
