Governor Renames Mediation Board Members in Albany Behalf
Governor Dewey yesterday reappointed six Miata Board of Mediation members with three year terms. Appointees include Arthur Moyer and Ralph Kharas of New York City, John Boland of Buffalo, Marty Carman of New York City, Merlyn Priase of NewYork City, and Marty Lastie of New York City. The board pays $25 per day plus expenses. term lengths are three years. Burton Turkus of Brooklyn remains, with term expiring June 24, 1980. The board serves to mediate or arbitrate labor disputes upon request or initiation by the governor.

Guardians Named To Bring Actions For Daughters
Rensselaer County residents have been appointed guardians ad litem for their minor age daughters to institute legal actions. Charles H Lewis Averill Park designated guardian for his daughter Betty Jane Lewis by Supreme Court Justice Isadore Bookstein. The papers authorize a suit against John E Bogel and the Delaware Hudson Railroad Co. Miss Lewis was injured several weeks ago while riding as a passenger in an automobile operated by Bogel, the car struck by a D and A H train.
