Justice Dismisses Spa Action Against Saratoga Gambling Firms
In Saratoga County Supreme Court Judge Daniel F. Imrie denied Mrs Weisss bid for a temporary injunction to abate alleged nuisances at four gambling venues. She sought accounting from three operators Vic Urquhart Alice White and Alfred Pepper and their spouses. The motion was refused with all further action reserved to the state attorney and a request for a state investigation under the Moreland Act.
