Firemen Respond To Six Alarms Over Weekend in Watervliet
Watervliet firefighters were kept busy over the weekend with six alarms, two false. At 5 15 p m Saturday Pumper 2 under the direction of Battalion Chief William Tracey responded to Mobil Gas Station between Second Avenue and Broadway where a car was reported on fire.

Fire damages apartment at 301 14th Street and smoke hits neighbor
Fire crews responded to a blaze at 301 14th Street early Saturday. The fire caused smoke and water damage to the occupied unit and smoke damage to the adjoining building at 303 14th Street.
