Richard Joyce, 35, of Saratoga Springs, pushed one son to the Manasquan River to save him and his other son from a Conrail train in Point Pleasant Beach New Jersey. Joyce died after being struck. the two boys, James 6 and Brian 10, were injured and hospitalized. An autopsy will determine cause of death. Police cited unclear reasons for ignoring warning whistles.
