Averill Park Teen Indicted on 11 Counts
Timothy T. Williams, 16, of Averill Park, was indicted by a Rensselaer County Grand Jury on 11 charges after a string of break-ins in Averill Park and Poestenkill. The counts include five third degree burglary, four criminal mischief, and two petty larceny. Speigletown Man Re-indicted by Jury
A 26 year old Speigletown man Ricky E. Fillion was re indicted by a Rensselaer County Grand Jury on a dozen charges from a Schaghticoke motorized case last year. The April 15 dismissal due to improper grand jury advisement allowed resubmission. Charges include second degree assault first degree reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. Fillion remains jailed in Troy.
