Funeral services are set for Louis J. Flanigan of Albany, director of accounts in the State Conservation Department, who died Thursday at St Peter's Hospital. The rites begin Monday at 9 am from his Albany residence and 9:20 am from St Teresa's Church, with interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. He served the state forty years and is survived by his widow Millicent S.
