Southern Cooking The Real Good In Home Kitchens
One of the South’s best kept secrets is southern cooking shown to differ vastly between restaurant fare and home kitchen fare. A southern woman’s skillet and oven can produce plates rivaling French chefs, with cornmeal hush puppies and fried chicken noted for crispness and tenderness. Dining out, though, remains a scattered array of notable restaurants rather than the rule.

Donath described reviving the Hungarian Community with an anti Communist stance and 60 to 80 members by late November.
