Watervliet Man Fined After Crash
David Fo Moat 22 of 2107 Twelfth Avenue Wa optiet was fined $4 yesterday after he pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a vehicle with improper registration before Judge Thong J OConnor in Troy Police Court. The case arose from a Sunday crash at Christia and Pitteroth Streets injuring three people. Injured were Moit the operator of the car, who struck a pole and a parked car. lacerations and contusions were reported. Hospitalized were Colwad Bowen 26, and Wes Roberts 18, with injuries to the leg and eye respectively. Police noted Gough B Clark and two others sustained various injuries.
