Vague Narrative Fragment From An Old Local Page

Fragmentary OCR text appears to describe a personality, a man named Petes Braun, and a sequence involving Sally and Saligza. The readable portions reference a sister, a stormy incident, a custody-like detail, and a price note of 275 dollars turned to 31. The text is damaged and lacks clear events or dates.
