The city proposes a 200000 incinerator with front and rear sections, access trucks from two sides, and surrounding landscaping to convert the area into a park like space. A public hearing will be held tonight. if approved, ashes will be dumped locally to fill land while the surrounding area is grassed. Troy would be the 81st state community to erect an incinerator.

No-cause Verdict in McDonald Case in Rensselaer Court
