A Wanprren Chas Lt Belville of Laverton Ralls County Missouri, son of William Belville, left home on the 18th while parents were away. He is believed to be mentally unsettled and distressed the family. He wore a light frock coat, dark pants, black hat, and a worn coarse belt, about five feet six inches tall, slender, carrying a black satchel.
